Economy and Immigration
First the IRS is toast, no more Income Tax code with a bunch of loopholes. We go to a Flat Tax. The IRS is not in the unemployment line however. They would now be in charge of investigating government over spending.
American Companies would be encouraged to stay in America. Any goods produced by outsourced American Jobs would be heavily taxed. Interest free loans would be offered to expand or create new plants providing jobs for Americans.
American companies caught using illegal alien labor would be fined $5,000 a worker for the first offense. Second offense would see them lose their ability to have a business in this country.
We would do everything possible to seal the border. However anybody already here is welcome to stay if they become documented. People could also apply to enter the country for a specified time on work visas. Anybody with a violent criminal record would be deported once. If caught here again, they would be jailed.
Military/War on Terror
I would wait until Iraq is stabilized then pull out. Afghanistan would get as many troops needed to get rid of the Taliban. Attacks by people operating out of Pakistan would result in air strikes into their bases.
Our military would be as highly trained and paid as we could do. They would have the best of equipment. Should war break out, we would emphasize our air force and navy as much as possible. Troops on the ground would be put in harms way only as a last resort. But if needed they will be highly trained and very deadly to potential enemies.
Nobody will be held without a trial for more than 6 months. If we can’t build a case against them in that time. They get turned loose. There will be no torture of anyone. Sleep deprivation and a mixture of drugs should be enough for interrogations.
Crime and Punishment
More prisons and more guards who will be paid and trained better now than ever before. If a person gets a 10 year sentence they will do the 10 years, no getting out to ease overcrowding.
Any type of sex crime gets a minimum prison term of 10 years. 20 years if the victim is a child. Repeat sexual offenders will be castrated, after they get out of prison the 2nd time.
Premeditated murder gets you a lethal injection, 3 violent crime convictions gets you the same. Convicted of Robbery and you pay back every cent within 3 years of your release from prison, or you go back.
Pot is now legal. Hard drugs get you hard time, buying, selling or possessing them.
Abortion
I will allow a vote by the citizens, if Abortion if approved by the majority, so be it. However a woman having a second abortion that is not medical or rape related, will be neutered. Please refrain from profanity in the comments section after reading this.
Education
Pay raises for the teachers and more schools. No more kids having to learn in trailers because the school is too small.
Anybody who has the grades and desire for college will get to go. Government scholarships, interest free loans and work for school programs will be used. By work for school I mean the student agrees to either work for the government for so many years. Or to work for a government approved company until the money for school is paid back.
Job training will be emphasized and other real life related stuff in education. Kids will be taught how to balance a check book, how to keep their credit good, and skills in child rearing. Sex Education will be mandatory as well as drug education. Crack Addicts will talk to high school students to tell them what life is really like on the end of that pipe.
These are the things that would restore America to the great Nation is should be. As soon as I am assassinated, then Jim Stillman is taking over!
